I’m so glad I found them. We had 7 cats scheduled for shower, but 2 didn’t make it. 😁 Fret not. The showered cats came back smelling good, soft fur, and they look fresh! Highly recommended for those who have many cats at home. You don’t have to worry about ferrying them around. All is done in the front porch of your own home.

Decided to engage them for my senior golden. They came on time (which is I really appreciate considering usual ‘Malaysian timing’), performed the job well, and my boy came out pretty happy 😊 . Kudos to Hui Teng for a job well done. Looking forward to the next visit!

The idea of entire service is: we don’t need to go somewhere , the truck comes to your house/condo. Price wise- I would say normal. For big size (we have husky) is 200++ only- way better than I spend my time daily to comb him myself .HOP team upon contact will collect all information about your pet, so – the proper team member will come for grooming. Our cat didn’t like it at all 🤣🤣, in fact he doesn’t like anything what is outside of his house and anyone who is not belong to his family, but yet- he was alright immediately when go into bag to ho back to his house. And about our husky- well, husky love anything whatever is outside of the house, anything but not stay at home 🤣So, we will call HOP team again after some time .

The service was amazing from booking the appointment to the groomer who worked with my dog. I have a large mixed breed and he was handled with no issues. His nails look great and they even used special shampoo because of his skin allergies. It’s so convenient to come to my house! I will use them many times and refer to my friends as well. Truly an A* service! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️The admin who helps organise the appointments is professional, thoughtful and very helpful in answering any questions I might have. And the groomer is punctual to appointments (even when she’s not due to other reasons like heavy rains or traffic, there will be updates on her whereabouts). The groomer is kind and skilful in handling my pup who is completely new to grooming!I’d recommend this to anyone looking for door-to-door pet grooming services!! 💯

Used House of Paws’ service for the first time yesterday. One of the boys, Otis, was desperately in need of a good shave while Ollie just required basic grooming. The groomer, Hui Teng, was very professional and patient. I’ll definitely recommend HOPs again – prices are higher than norm. But it’a convenient (pick up from my home) and they are available even on weekends and public holidays. Thanks Hui Teng & Jaime

Best groomer in Malaysia! I have experienced 6-7 groomers and struggled to find a caring and skillful groomer prior. And Hui Teng was just the one I was looking for. She has been my Corgi’s groomer for the past two years and we love her.

For the first time utilising HOPS, the groomer arrived on schedule and they responded quickly to WhatsApp messages. Excellent and courteous customer service! It was simple to make the payment as well. My dog, LV, has a fresh scent, was thoroughly groomed, and her paws appear to be clean. Excellent work! For the upcoming grooming appointment, I’d unquestionably make another reservation with them. Just incredibly CONVENIENT (no need to visit the pet salon). Once more, many thanks. 😍

Am so delighted by the service. My Mica, a diva tortie, came back looking so fresh and clean. The deshedding is just awesome since normal brushing at home is not that effective. Thanks to the groomer too for being punctual and waited patiently while I was sweating it out trying to get my Mica into her carrier.

My two Shibas spent a week in quarantine after a long flight, plus they started to shed so they were really in need for professional grooming. Since we were staying at an Airbnb, we made the choice to go with HOPS because they provide mobile grooming services. Everything from enquiries to booking to grooming to post-grooming was super efficient and wonderful! The young lady who did the grooming was so kind and lovely, my dogs were happy and relaxed instead of stressed after the grooming even though it was their first time. HOPS was really quick to respond and very proactive in their communication and reminders. Payment was easy through e-payment. Would definitely book them again for the next grooming session and would recommend them with my eyes closed! Thank you 🫰🏻

I was looking for a mobile pet grooming service because my furbaby is too picky and has had a bad experience with groomers in the past due to an injury. Overall, my experience with HOPS has been fantastic, from booking to post-service follow-ups. You can even request that they send you the grooming footage if you are concerned about your furbaby’s safety during the sessions. My poodle comes back with a happy face after every grooming sessions with them.Would highly recommend their service, worth every penny!
