To ensure a hassle-free self-collection experience, we advise buyers to contact our admin at 011-6228 9081 to confirm the collection date and time before making your way to our warehouse/premise. Please note that there may be instances where our premises may be unattended, resulting in a failure to collect the purchased item. Your parcel will reach you around 3 – 7 working days. All orders received Monday – Saturday will be processed for pick & pack and delivered out the next day (not included public holiday & weekend).
Orders made on Saturday will only be shipped on Monday. If you do not receive your order within 3 – 7 working days, please contact our customer service department at 011-6228 9081 to track your order.
